HON. MUHD UBA CALLS ON JIGAWA RESIDENTS TO SUPPORT GOVERNOR NAMADI’S SECOND-TERM BID

Chairman of Birnin Kudu Local Government Area, Hon. Muhd Uba, has called on the people of Jigawa State to continue supporting Governor Umar Namadi and back his bid for a second term in office, citing the administration’s developmental achievements and people-oriented policies across the state.


Hon. Uba made the appeal while addressing stakeholders and community members, where he commended Governor Namadi’s commitment to improving the welfare of citizens through investments in agriculture, education, healthcare, infrastructure, youth empowerment, and economic development.


According to the council chairman, the governor has demonstrated visionary leadership and dedication to delivering the dividends of democracy to communities across Jigawa State. He noted that ongoing projects and reforms have positively impacted the lives of residents and contributed to the state's steady growth.


“Governor Umar Namadi has shown commitment to the progress of Jigawa State and the wellbeing of its people. His administration has initiated and executed numerous projects that are transforming communities and creating opportunities for our youths and women,” Hon. Uba stated.


He emphasized that continuity in governance would enable the administration to consolidate on its achievements and complete ongoing development projects for the benefit of future generations.


Hon. Uba therefore urged residents of the state to remain united and supportive of the governor’s vision, stressing that a second term would provide an opportunity to sustain the pace of development and further strengthen the state's economic and social progress.


The chairman expressed confidence that Governor Namadi’s leadership would continue to advance Jigawa State and improve the quality of life of its citizens.
