Alhaji Dr. Umaru Kwairanga, Group Chairman, Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) and Sarkin Fulanin Gombe, has extended warm greetings and best wishes to Nigerians at home and in the diaspora as the nation marks its 66th Independence Anniversary.


Nigeria gained independence on October 1, 1960, making today the country’s 66th Independence Anniversary. 


In his goodwill message, Dr. Kwairanga called for continued commitment to peace, unity, stability and national development, while encouraging Nigerians to remain dedicated to building a stronger and more prosperous nation.


He also expressed hope for greater opportunities, inclusive economic growth and a future in which Nigerians can collectively contribute to the advancement of the country.


As Nigeria celebrates 66 years of independence, Dr. Umaru Kwairanga wished all Nigerians a peaceful and memorable celebration and prayed for continued progress and prosperity for the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
