DR. BALA MAIJAMA’A WUNTI CELEBRATES VP KASHIM SHETTIMA AT 60, HAILS HIS EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP

The Chief Executive Officer of the World Energy Council Nigeria, Dr. Bala Maijama’a Wunti, has extended warm felicitations to the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Senator Kashim Shettima, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.


In a goodwill message, Dr. Wunti described Vice President Shettima as an outstanding statesman, visionary leader, and patriot whose decades of service have contributed immensely to Nigeria’s democratic growth, national unity, and economic development. He praised the Vice President’s commitment to public service, noting that his leadership journey—from the banking sector to the governorship of Borno State, the Senate, and now the Vice Presidency—remains an inspiration to millions of Nigerians.


According to Dr. Wunti, Senator Shettima’s wealth of experience, strategic thinking, and dedication to national progress have continued to strengthen the administration’s efforts toward economic transformation, peace, and sustainable development.

The energy expert further commended the Vice President for his humility and selfless disposition, especially his recent appeal for prayers for Nigeria instead of elaborate birthday celebrations, describing the gesture as a reflection of true leadership and patriotism.
