ATBUTH under his leadership has maintained a firm stance against fraud, extortion, and unethical practices, demonstrating a commitment to protecting patients and ensuring quality service delivery. Despite challenges such as rising electricity costs, inadequate water supply, and resource constraints, Professor Bara has continued to advocate for better healthcare infrastructure while pursuing innovative solutions to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
