DR. ADAMU ABDULLAHI ATTERWAHMIE: A RARE MEDICAL DIRECTOR COMMITTED TO SUPPORTING PEOPLE AND YOUTHS

The Medical Director of the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Birnin Kudu, Dr. Adamu Abdullahi Atterwahmie, has continued to earn admiration and respect from many Nigerians for his exceptional commitment to supporting people, especially young men and women.


According to Umar Umb, Dr. Atterwahmie stands out as the only Medical Director he has encountered who consistently extends assistance to members of the public and youths without making them go through unnecessary struggles before receiving support.


Umar Umb stated that, based on his visits to several federal and government-owned hospitals across Nigeria, he has never come across a Medical Director with the level of compassion, humility, generosity, and dedication to human development demonstrated by Dr. Atterwahmie.


He noted that countless youths have benefited from Dr. Atterwahmie's kindness, mentorship, and support, describing him as a leader who is always willing to uplift others and create opportunities for the less privileged.


Umar Umb further commended the Medical Director for his outstanding leadership at FMC Birnin Kudu and his continuous efforts toward improving healthcare services and promoting the welfare of the people.


He therefore called on the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Honourable Minister of Health, and the Executive Governor of Jigawa State to continue supporting and retaining Dr. Adamu Abdullahi Atterwahmie in positions where his experience, dedication, and humanitarian spirit can continue to benefit society.


"Dr. Atterwahmie is a good man, a compassionate leader, and a strong advocate for youth empowerment and community development. Nigeria needs more public servants like him," Umar Umb said.


He added that leaders who combine professional excellence with genuine concern for humanity deserve recognition, encouragement, and support from all stakeholders.
